Calendar and scheduling
Plan your posts ahead. Scheduled videos are published automatically at their time.
Scheduling is part of the Standard plan and higher. On the Basic plan you can publish right away.
Schedule a video
There are two ways:
- In the publishing window, choose Schedule and pick a date and time.
- On the Calendar, drag a video from the Ready to schedule list onto a day or a time. The publishing window opens with that time filled in. A video dropped on a day in the month view is scheduled for 10:00.
A post can be scheduled from 5 minutes to one year ahead.
Move a post
Drag a scheduled post to another day or time. In the month view, the post keeps its time of day.
A post can no longer be moved in the last 2 minutes before its time, because it is already being sent.
Change, publish now or unschedule
Click a scheduled post to:
- change its date and time;
- Publish now;
- Unschedule it. The video stays in your videos.
Click a published post to open its video page.

Limits
- Your plan sets how many posts can wait in the calendar at once. The Calendar shows how many you have, for example "3 of 15 scheduled". When a post is published or unscheduled, its place becomes free.
- A video counts towards your monthly videos when you schedule it, not when it goes out.
When a scheduled post is published
At its time, the newest version of the video is published. If you changed the video after scheduling it, the final video is made again first, so the post goes out a few minutes later.
If a post cannot be published, for example because your plan has ended or a network refuses it, it turns red and the person who scheduled it gets an email.
