Publishing
Publish a video to several networks at once with the Publish button on the video card or on the video page.
The publishing window
- Publish now or Schedule. Choose Schedule to pick a date and time. See Calendar and scheduling.
- Title and description. They come from the Title step. Click the pencil to change them. The description is used as the caption; if it is empty, the title is used.
- Publish to. Tick the channels to publish to. A channel that cannot take this video shows the reason, for example if the video is too long for that network.
- Facebook Page. If you publish to Facebook, choose the Page.
- Click Confirm.
Your plan decides how many channels one video can go to at once. The description must fit the strictest network you choose, for example 280 characters on X.
What is published
- The final video with all your changes. If you changed the video after making it, finish it again first.
- If you designed a thumbnail, it is added as the first frame so the networks use it as the cover.
- Videos are published up to your plan's resolution: 1080p on Basic and Standard, up to 4K on Premium and Agency. A larger video is scaled down on the way out. Your uploaded file itself is never changed.
Follow the progress
Publishing continues in the background. The video page shows the result for each network, with a link to the post once it is live. If a network refuses the video, the reason is shown there.
During the free trial
Publishing starts when your plan starts. During the trial you can download your videos and post them yourself.
