Plans, trial and billing

Open Subscriptions in the menu to see your plan, what you have used, and the other plans. All prices are shown without VAT.

Only the account owners see Subscriptions. People invited to a workspace through the Team do not manage the plan or billing.

Free trial

Your first plan starts with a 7-day free trial:

• Your card is saved, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
• You can make 3 videos and download them.
• Channels and publishing unlock when the plan starts.
• Start my plan now ends the trial early: your card is charged today and everything unlocks at once.
• Cancel trial means nothing is charged. You can still use the trial until its last day, and download your videos afterwards.

There is one free trial per account and per card.

Monthly videos

Your plan includes a number of videos per month. A video counts once, the first time it is transcribed for subtitles, rendered, published or scheduled. On a yearly plan, the count starts again every month.

Upgrade

Click Upgrade to a bigger plan. You see the exact amount before confirming:

• the new plan starts today, with a new billing period;
• you pay the new price minus the unused part of your current period.

Moving to a smaller plan is not possible on the same account.

Yearly billing

Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.

Cancel

Cancel subscription keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. Nothing more is charged. Changed your mind? Click Keep my subscription.

Card and invoices

Card and invoices opens the secure Stripe page, where you can change your card and download your invoices.
