Uploading and managing videos
The Videos page lists every video in the current workspace.
Upload a video
- Click Upload video, or drag one or more files onto the page.
- Wait until the upload finishes. You can upload several videos at once.
Requirements:
- MP4 files only.
- Up to 3 minutes long.
- Up to 5 GB per file.
Right after uploading, the speech in the video is written down automatically, so you can edit the video through its text in the Script step. This does not use any of your monthly videos.
The video card
Each card shows the video, its title, size and upload time, and one status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Finish setup | The video setup is not finished yet. Click the video to continue. |
| Transcribing | The speech is being written down. |
| Rendering | The final video is being made. |
| Publishing | The video is being sent to your networks. |
| No subtitles | The speech could not be written down. You can try again on the video page. |
| Scheduled | The video waits in the Calendar and goes out at the shown time. |
| Published | The video was published to at least one network. |
| Ready | The video is ready to publish. |
Buttons on the card
- Publish opens the publishing window. See Publishing.
- The bin deletes the video and its files. This cannot be undone.
Click the video itself to open its setup. An unfinished setup continues where you left it. From the last step, Finish, you can open the video page.
Monthly videos
Your plan includes a number of videos per month, shown at the top of the page and in the menu. A video counts once, the first time it is transcribed for subtitles, rendered or published. Working on the same video again does not count again. If something fails on our side, the video is given back.
